    You need to read the messages before speaking. The restores are not going to be done until maintenance. Even though R2 has found excuse after excuse why they don't want to restore us like they said they would. Please make sure you are correct on your information because I for one am tired of having to wait because people can't follow simple instructions.

    we should get a really good compansation gift for all the hastle we have gone through and i dont mean the pesly ones i mean like 5 free lvls on wings 2 lvls on frag wepon 1 free mount upgrade stuff like that and i dont mean chance on upgrade i mean garuntee on upgrade

    we are all waiting. seems like they are not gonna be messaging people about their char being restored. only messages now for people who need to provide additional information. hopefully this maintenance they will restore characters and not make anymore excuses as to why none got restored this time. i mean really this is starting to become rediculous. we are all falling far behind from the amount of down time our characters have had. so very many soul shards i have missed out on among so many other items for char improvement. missed torch girl event which only seems to happen once every 14 months (at least from the last time i saw it in 2012) but no point really getting into detail on what i missed based on average of how many things could be received per day. if i think about it too much i get beyond irritated.
    But that is fine. i just mainly want my char back already to start playing again. i can make up for lost time quick enough. just sitting in limbo really really sucks.

    You need one account for each character especially because they are on different servers.

    I know it seems like a hassle, but the login information was lost in the merge. None of the characters are connected to any accounts right now, so it doesn't matter if you had one joyo account with 18 characters on it- you'll need a clean R2 account for each of the ones you want restored or crystals refunded.

    so 4 new account = 4 new mail = 4 old chars from joyopark

    just seen that registration are disabled by administrators..meh

    You need to make 1 account per character you wish to recover. so if you have 4 characters you will need 4 clean accounts on r2 regardless of if they are on the same account from joyo

    I think I have a question that hasn't been asked yet.... Is there a time limit to our reply on Thursday when they are done with maintenance? I am going on vacation and leaving tomorrow, i don't have WiFi where I am going. (I waited a long time for this, I hope they can wait for me)
