I can only join onto Cross Server once per day, since the Cooling down is taking up to Cross Server close time. May you find / check it out for me pls ?

Details: can only join once onto Cross Server, because of the cooling down is taking way too long after my 1st cs while others only few minutes for 2nd round.
Note: I did my first CS right after WB.
