Auto Renewal Bugged, and Not Receiving VIP

    Really loosing a lot because of this, Domination, Tycoon, Gold, Zodiac, etc (today I don't have much time, so cooldown prevent me getting almost anything, exactly why I choose to pay).

    My ticket #48048 which has been going on for a week was finally solved but in the interim:

    1. You blamed it on me (that didn't work since I could make normal purchases using playspan or paypal)
    2. You blamed in on my credit card company (that didn't work since they have no record of transactions.)
    3. You blamed in on playspan and paypal. Playspan uses their rules to cover paypal. (That didn't work either since playspan seen the transactions but were being rejected through r2 rules) and playspan said it had to do with R2 configuration of future pay.
    4. You had to finally take the blame yourself but the explaination of not receiving any record of the many times I tried to get VIP didn't show up for almost a week and they came in as $1 precharges that said I tried to make the transactions but they fail for reasons as you say, that were out of your control.

    So I lost a weeks worth of VIP privileges and now I read on this post that you do know something about it and are fixing them on a per item basis.

    How come my "Support Specialist" says it's something out of R2's control but at the same time you are fixing all these other troubles as they arise? I still believe that all of us that post on this posting should get recompense on privileges lost because of a bug on R2's end even though they won't admit it.

    i also cant seem to get any answers..6 tickets not one answer..chatgerd today 2 hrsago..says its active yet still no benifits showing..last ticket was 57718..server 433 dreadwood wartune..toon..sabrel..pls this is fustrateing

    my vip was suppose to renew today but it has not i did what u said to cancel the vip put i can not reactivate vip it says As VIP membership is currently still active on this character you can't renew it at this time.
